Return & Store Credit Policy

At Solikka, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@solikkahealth.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

In certain circumstances, store credit or product credit may be issued at the sole discretion of Solikka management and requires corporate approval. Any credit requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact support@solikkahealth.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.

Sale items, promotional items, gift cards, and shipping charges are not eligible for store credit.
